At our vacation property, we proudly utilize lodgify.com’s secure reservations processing system for hassle-free booking and confirmation services. With a deserved reputation for excellence, Lodgify supports smaller vacation rental properties like ours, ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors.

Exclusive Savings on Your Stay

When reserving your getaway, note that a minimum stay of five days is required. But here’s the catch: we provide all our guest with a 20% daily rate discount, what that means in Dollars and Cents is that get 1 day of every 5 days that you reserve virtually free!

This 20% discount extends to longer stays; for instance, for example; if you book a ten-day reservation, you’ll virtually only pay for just eight of those 10 days. Another example; if you make a fifteen-day reservation you’ll virtually only pay for 12 of those 15 days.

Our reservation companies booking software doesn’t yet have capability to charge our regular daily rate of $287.50 for 4 days and then give you the 5th day for free. So we activated Plan B which was to reduce our standard daily rate; $287.50 by 20% to an amount of $230.00 on all 5 days which if you do your math; $57.50 X 5 = $287.50. A formula that helped us achieve the same goal, which was to let our guests stay 5 days for the price of 4 days, or 10 days for the price of 8, and so on, to a maximum of 30 days for the price of 24 days. Our original goal was to give back to our guests, allowing them to enjoy more vacation days on the Big Island and freeing up a few more dollars for them to enjoy a little more of what Hawaii has to offer and create a few more memories while they are staying with us.

We are confident that our rates, even without the 20% discount provides our guests with an unmatched value and savings. Our rates become especially attractive when our guest compare and consider our policy of no added charges for additional guests, accommodating up to eight individuals, our pet friendly policies and that we don’t require any additional deposits or fees for cleaning or potential damages that may occur during their stay. To insure our guest’s information is protected and secured when completing your reservations, We rely on Lodgify.com and the internationally recognized and trusted reservation providers that they are partnered with, for instance; Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia and Bookings.com.

Please notice that our Reservation Calendar Available Dates Are Blocked Out to the end of 2025. January 1st, 2026 is the first Available Reservation Date.
